How do I delete myself as manager and assign another admin using the same account

HOW DO install microft office to may computer and I want remove myself of the account so that my mother becomes the manager of this account

Are you speaking of Microsoft 365 Family and the family organizer? You cannot transfer the subscription to a new Microsoft account but you can change the organizer by logging into the current organizer account, at https://account.microsoft.com/family, adding a new account as an organizer, then removing the original organizer. This does not change who owns the subscription, however. It can also affect the abilities of the removed account to access all of the software features.
