it continues to say DirectX 12 is not supported on your system.

Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system (version 1909 or later) and upgrade your graphics card driver.

Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements (NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580). I don't know what this means, I have updated everything and I still doesn't work and I'm on windows 11, if anyone can explain it'd be much appreciated...

    Hi ,

Search for msinfo32.exe in the search bar, take a screenshot, and post it here so we can see the correct laptop model or desktop configuration.

    Thanks

That message means Windows 11 having DirectX 12 installed is not enough by itself. The game also requires a graphics card and driver that support the DirectX 12 features the game needs.

    Try these checks:

    1. Check the DirectX version Windows reports.
      • Open Start.
      • Type dxdiag and press Enter.
      • On the System tab, look for DirectX Version.
    2. Check which graphics card the PC has.
      • Open Start and type Device Manager.
      • Open it, then expand Display adapters.
      • Note the GPU name shown there.
    3. Compare the GPU to the game requirement shown in the error.
      • The error says the minimum graphics hardware is NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580.
      • If the PC has weaker integrated graphics, updating Windows and drivers will not make that GPU meet the requirement.
    4. If the PC has a supported or stronger GPU, install the latest driver from the GPU manufacturer.
      • After installing the driver, restart the PC.

What this usually means in practice:

    • If dxdiag shows DirectX 12, but the game still says DirectX 12 is not supported, the problem is commonly the graphics hardware, not Windows itself.
    • Community answers for Marvel Rivals indicate that if the system only has integrated graphics or a GPU that does not meet the game’s requirement, the game will not run even after updating drivers.
    • A GPU cannot be “upgraded” by software to add support for DirectX 12 Ultimate-level features if the hardware does not support them.

If the PC is a desktop, the practical fix may be replacing the graphics card with one that meets or exceeds the game’s minimum requirement. If it is a laptop with only integrated graphics, there may be no software fix.
