Even though the new domain name is the same the underlying GUID is different so it is still a new domain. Simply join the computers to the new domain.

That's all expected behavior. Even though the new domain name is the same the underlying GUID is different so it is still a new domain.

is it possible after re-Join computer profile will be the same as it is?

Logon once as the new domain user so the new profile gets created, then logon as another user with local admin rights, navigate to
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

find the new domain profile and point the expand string ProfileImagePath to the old profile.
