Hi Microsoft Team,

I am contacting you regarding an issue with scheduling my Microsoft certification exam.

I am trying to schedule Exam AI-901: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals through my Microsoft Learn account. However, when I click “Schedule with Pearson VUE”, I receive the following error:

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK

The page displays: “Unexpected error. We encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.”

I have already contacted Pearson VUE Live Chat, and your support agent advised me to email this address for further assistance.

Could you please check whether there is any block or restriction on my Pearson VUE account and help remove it so that I can proceed with scheduling my AI-901 exam?

I have attached a screenshot showing the error for your reference.

Please let me know if you need any additional information from me to verify my account.

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Nho.

ERROR_VUE_WIDE_BLOCK is typically because your account has been blocked by Pearson Vue which normally happens because of multiple failed payments. You need to contact Pearson Vue support using the link on https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport to get the block lifted.
