    What's the SMTP server?

New mail sends OK? Just those two that are stuck?

Any clues in the Sync Issues folders?

For classic Outlook on Windows, try these checks in order:

    1. Confirm internet connectivity. Open a browser and test whether Microsoft or Bing loads. If Outlook is offline, messages can stay stuck and not send.
    2. Open the Outbox and check the oldest stuck message first. Large attachments can block sending of that message and any messages after it. If an attachment is larger than 20 MB, remove it and attach a smaller file or use a link instead.
    3. If the account is Outlook.com, also check whether the message has an attachment larger than 25 MB. For Outlook.com, remove the large attachment or upload it to OneDrive and send a link.
    4. If the mailbox is full, sending and receiving can stop. Empty Junk Email by right-clicking Junk Email and selecting Empty folder.
    5. In classic Outlook, go to Send/Receive > Send/Receive All Folders.
    6. If the account password was changed recently, update the password in Outlook.
    7. Antivirus email scanning can also block sending or receiving. Check whether antivirus is interfering.

If Outlook shows messages such as “Sending message x of y” even though the Outbox looks empty, a stuck read receipt can cause repeated send attempts.
