My PL500 certificate got expired and could not attempt the renewal exam within dates given due to some personal issues. Can anyone help me here to know if we can request for the exam again?

The PL-500 exam and Power Automate RPA Developer certification were retired at the end of June https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/blog/skills-hub-blog/the-ai-job-boom-continues-build-the-skills-that-move-business-forward/4494139

    Retired certification cannot be renewed.

No. If a Microsoft certification has expired, the renewal window cannot be reopened or extended. The only way to renew a certification is by passing the free online renewal assessment before it expires, and there are no alternative renewal paths or exceptions listed in the policy.

For an expired certification, the required next step is to earn it again by passing the required exam(s).
