How to set up Recurrent Billing

I don’t have a mobile phone number linked to my VISA credit card: I don’t want to change this.

When trying to set up Recurrent Billing by adding my VISA credit card number to my Microsoft account I get a pop up window saying that a mobile phone number’s required. This prevents me from setting up Recurrent Billing.

Is there any way round this?

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. I understand that you are trying to setup the recurring billing for your Microsoft 365 subscription.

If this is being required by the bank even before you have tried setting this up then it will be best to check and reach out to them to see if they can provide an alternative for this as this is usually a requirement for security purpose specifically to determine if this is a valid number that is owned by you.
