Problems with changing hotmail.com to outlook.com

My old email address ended in hotmail.com, I changed it to outlook.com, but after the change, I stopped receiving notifications and password reset codes from some applications. Because of this, I also lost my Discord account, and I can't access many other accounts either. How can I fix this? Please help.

    If you mean that you went to https://account.live.com/AddAssocId and created a new outlook.com alias
    Then you went to https://account.live.com/names/manage and Removed the old hotmail.com alias

    Then, I am sorry, but the hotmail.com alias is gone, you will not be able to receive or send using that email address and it can not be recovered.

    This is a huge hole in Microsoft Account Security that many, people have fallen into. I realize that this will be of no help to you, but to perhaps keep someone else from falling into this same hole, I suggest that you Vote for and Comment on this Feature Request.
