MS 365 Sharing page shows no way to remove a person — both Share and Manage sharing only open invite dialog

I'm the owner of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription (currently sharing with 4 of 5 people) and need to remove one person from the sharing. I can't find any way to do this through the account pages.

What I've tried:

  • On account.microsoft.com/services → Subscriptions, both the "Manage sharing" icon at the top and the "Share subscription" link further down open the same popup — it only offers "Copy link" and "Email invite" to add someone new. There's no list of existing people and no "Stop sharing" option anywhere.
  • I checked account.microsoft.com/family in case the person needed removing from there instead, but the family group only shows me — no other members are listed at all, even though the subscription says it's shared with 4 people.
  • Tried a private/incognito window in both Firefox and Edge in case it was a caching issue — same result in both.

Is the individual-removal view (Sharing tab with per-person "Stop sharing") missing for other people too at the moment, or is there another way to do this I'm not seeing? Any help appreciated.

    Hi Fred,

What you're seeing is not the expected experience for a Microsoft 365 Family subscription owner. The sharing management page should normally display the people currently using your sharing slots and provide a Stop sharing option for existing recipients.

Since the subscription indicates that sharing slots are in use but the associated users are not being displayed in the management interface, and you've already ruled out browser-related causes, this points to a possible issue with the account's sharing records or the subscription management portal itself.

As this is a public community forum, we don't have access to Microsoft account data, subscription records, or backend sharing information. For that reason, we can't verify or modify the sharing configuration associated with your subscription.

The best next step would be to contact Microsoft Support so they can review the subscription configuration on the backend and investigate why the shared users are not appearing in the management interface.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.
