You (or the system) tagged your Question as: Outlook | Windows | Classic Outlook for Windows | For home

This is the wrong place for this kind of question. You need to edit your Question and change the tag to Microsoft Store | Games

But you are probably not going to get any help for this specific game since it is an old title and probably not purchased thru the Microsoft Store. Sorry, but you may be out of luck on this one.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Open Microsoft Store on the PC.
    2. Go to Library or My Library and check the full owned list, not just installed items. Scroll through the list to look for the game.
    3. If the game is not there, check Order history with the Microsoft account that originally purchased it. Purchases are tied to the account that bought them.
    4. If the product page says owned but there is no install option, reset Microsoft Store:
      • Press Windows key + R
      • Enter wsreset.exe
      • Select OK
      • Wait for Microsoft Store to reopen, then search again
    5. Restart the PC if Windows was recently updated.
    6. Check whether the game is still available in Microsoft Store. Some apps and games are no longer available, and some older titles may disappear from the Store listing.
    7. Check compatibility. Some apps and games only work on specific device types, and Microsoft Store can hide or block apps that are incompatible with the device.

    Important points for this case:

    • Purchases stay with the Microsoft account that made the purchase.
    • If the game was bought on a different Microsoft account, it will not appear in the current library.
    • If an app or game has been removed from Microsoft Store, it can stop appearing in the Store even if it existed before.
    • If the game was tied to an older compromised account, purchases cannot be transferred to another account.

If the game still does not appear after checking Library, Order history, and resetting the Store, use Contact Support from Microsoft Support.
