Obvious Spam keeps coming through into my Outlook address

I have been recently slammed with spam coming into my hotmail.com account. I have not found any solution(changing levels of protection, etc. ). And blocking the domain is useless as every address has a different domain. I also tried for a few weeks "reporting phishing and blocking spam" which did nothing.

I have attached a small sample of my junk mail box. It is clear that the domains are all bogus. This should never get through.

Microsoft needs to do better than this. I am a paying subscriber!

If the Spam is being delivered to your Junk folder (not your Inbox) - You do not have any real control over mail delivered directly to your Junk folder. This is a long standing complaint from numerous users, myself included.

All I can suggest is that you look at the Answer by "Hornblower409 Apr 23, 2026" in
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5867493/how-to-solve-receiving-a-huge-number-of-spam-email

That Answer has instructions for how to vote for some Feature Request that would give users more control over their Junk folder and some suggestions for MANUAL processes you can use to pick out and Delete any "known" Spam from the Junk folder so you don't have so much to sift thru looking for legitimate emails.

Unfortunately, the only way to stop spam is changing e-mail address because e-mail protocol is 50+ years old and unsafe. Any sender may easily falsify his data; spammers use this possibility actively.
