Outlook / Hotmail not loading

Question

I can log in to my account at live.login.com, however when I click "Outlook" the outlook page will not load my email, it just shows the envelope animation on repeat.

Tried:

• changing pw
• clearing cookies/history
• tried on edge, chrome, safari - all with same result

Here is the error message after the envelope animation times out:

Suggestions about how to get back into my email?

There seem to be problems with the mailserver (Also for outlook.com users)
