Hello,

I am requesting assistance with an AZ‑900 exam voucher that I received from the Microsoft AI Skills Fest event. The voucher was valid at the time I scheduled my exam through Pearson VUE for a September test date.

I needed to change the delivery method from an onsite test center appointment to an online proctored exam due to a work schedule conflict. I cancelled the appointment with the intention of immediately rescheduling it online. However, when I attempted to rebook the exam, Pearson VUE reported that my voucher had expired and would not allow me to use it again.

The voucher was valid when I originally scheduled the exam, and the only reason I cancelled was to switch to online proctoring. I still intend to take the AZ‑900 exam and would greatly appreciate assistance in either:

  • reactivating the original voucher, or
  • issuing a replacement voucher so I can complete the exam.

Thank you very much for your help. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me.

Sincerely,

Christopher Guerrino

You cannot schedule the exam using the AI Skills Fest voucher after August 18th

By cancelling the exam, you released the voucher and it now cannot be used. It is not possible to change the expiry date on an exam voucher and AI Skills Fest are not issuing new vouchers.
