Hi, I uninstalled the office on my old desktop machine and was trying to install on my laptop and realized that the license key information is not available in the service section. I bought the license from Costco

    Hello Raj Kammari,

I understand that you removed Office from your old desktop and now want to reinstall it on your current laptop, but the license is not listed under Services & subscriptions.

The product key normally will not remain visible after it has been redeemed. Office is then linked to the Microsoft account used during activation. You do not need the original key again if it has been redeemed.

Please sign in to Services & subscriptions with every personal Microsoft account you may have used. If Office appears, select Install.

If it does not appear under any account, search your email, including Spam or Junk, for the original Costco fulfillment message. This may help identify the purchase details and the email address used.

If you need further help transferring or activating the license on your laptop, please contact Microsoft Support. Since this is a user-to-user community forum, we cannot access your account, purchase history, or license details. We can only share suggestions based on our findings and personal experiences.

Note: If you need help locating the order or recovering the digital delivery email, please contact Costco Customer Service since you bought license from there.

Here's how to reach out to the Support Team (live chat):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue. Choose "Get Help"
    3. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

Tip: Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.

Hopefully your concerns will soon be addressed. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Best regards.
