A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.
Hello Krisjanis,
This is a common issue with Microsoft Rewards Sweepstakes, and your 4,000 points and entries are not lost. Here is what is happening and what you should expect:
1. Why Did the Listing Disappear?
- When a sweepstake ends (or reaches its entry cutoff date, like August 31st), Microsoft Rewards automatically removes the active redeem card/listing from the dashboard to prevent new entries.
- The "blank page" when clicking "Check Status" in Order History happens because the specific promotion URL is archived once the sweepstake entry window closes.
2. Is Your Entry Still Valid?
- Yes. As long as the order status in your Microsoft Rewards Order History shows as "Completed" (meaning the 4,000 points were successfully deducted and the order was processed), your entries are securely registered in the official draw database.
3. How & When are Winners Drawn and Notified?
- Drawing Process: The official random draw typically takes place several business days to a few weeks after the contest closes (usually within 7–14 days).
- Winner Notification: If you win, Microsoft will notify you via the primary email address associated with your Microsoft account.
- Official Winners List: Once winners are verified and claim their prizes, their names are published on the official Microsoft Rewards Winners Page.
4. What Should You Do Now?
- Check your Order History and note down your Order ID for reference.
- Keep an eye on your email inbox (including Junk/Spam folders) for any official communication from Microsoft Rewards.
- If you still have concerns or if your order status shows an error/pending indefinitely, you can open a direct support ticket with the Microsoft Rewards Support Team.
Hope this reassures you and best of luck with the sweepstake!
