    Hello,

    1. Did you successfully recover your Microsoft account? Where are the files located?
    2. What happens when you try to delete them?

If you are having trouble removing the files from OneDrive, please try the following:

    • Open an incognito or private browsing window and sign in to your Microsoft account here: https://onedrive.live.com/
    • Delete the unknown files from your OneDrive cloud storage.
    • Empty the Recycle Bin folder as well.

In addition, I recommend securing your Microsoft account by following these steps:

    1. Create a strong password for your Microsoft account.

If this is a personal account, please use the following link to reset your password:

    https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx

Open the link in an incognito or private browsing window, then reset your password.

    2. Enable two-factor authentication.

This adds an extra layer of security to your Microsoft account.

Go to the security settings page of your Microsoft account here:

    https://account.live.com/proofs/Manage

    Then enable two-factor authentication.

    3. Sign out of your account from all sessions.

On the security settings page of your Microsoft account, select the “Sign out everywhere” option.

You can try deleting those files from OneDrive after 24 hours.
