Roblox Soundwave Headphones

Question

Roblox Soundwave Headphones

diana 10

Haii!! I did all the steps to get the Roblox soundwave headphones, but when I clicked redeem it sent me to another tab saying the page I was looking for wasn't available and to go back to the homepage. Well now it says I've completed the task when I haven't gotten anything. I've checked my Roblox account already and there's nothing there. What do I do??

The same happened to me! I completed all of the steps, redeemed it and its saying "failed to redeem". It even shows up in my orders history. But before i even checked my history, it essentially took the tab away from me and was saying that "the reward isnt available for me" even though i had just completed and redeemed it.

Hello diana,

I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Roblox Soundwave Headphones reward.

To narrow this down, could you let us know:

Are you using a personal Microsoft account?
When you visit your Microsoft Rewards order history, does the Roblox reward show as Completed, Pending, or does it not appear at all?
Did the error page appear on the Microsoft Rewards site or on a Roblox page?

As a quick test, sign out of your Microsoft account, sign back in, and then check your Rewards order history again.

The result shown in your order history will help determine the next troubleshooting step.

Having same issue with reward, I completed all steps... when I click on redeem it comes up with "There was an error processing your order. Please try again later." I followed your steps listed and still no luck, same error every time!

Hello

Please you can try:

Open an InPrivate/Incognito window

Sign in to your Microsoft account

Go directly to the Microsoft Rewards page and attempt the redemption again

Hello

Could you please check these two details?

Are you seeing "There was an error processing your order. Please try again later." every time you click Redeem, or did it occur only once?

Have your Microsoft Rewards points been deducted for this reward?

Yes the error happens every time I click redeem button, it was a task reward so no points were taken.

Okaey, I figured out the problem with mines. I had to deactivate my -200 points coupon before redeeming it!!

Hello diana,

I'm glad you found the cause of the issue, and thank you for sharing the solution.

It appears the -200 points coupon was preventing the Roblox Soundwave Headphones reward from being redeemed correctly. After deactivating that coupon, you were able to complete the redemption successfully.

Your update may help other Microsoft Rewards users who encounter the same redemption error when claiming this reward.

Thanks again for coming back and posting the resolution. Have a great day!
