How can I get a person on the phone to answer a billing question?

I have a recurring charge on my credit card that is from Microsoft. I don't know what it is for. It does not appear on my Microsoft accounts. It is not as if someone stole the card. But there is no way to get to a person to look at the charge. Any relevant advice (I got several responses to a question before which weren't helpful at all).

    Hi, @Benjamin Gilad

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft account.

To help clarify and narrow down the issue:

    1. Are you seeing this charge on your Microsoft account order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders? Or just on your bank/credit card statement?
    2. Do you still have access to your Microsoft account?
    3. Have you already contacted your bank or card provider?

If this is an unauthorized charge, here are the immediate steps:

Do you see the purchase listed there? If so and it doesn’t look familiar, click “Order help” and then select “How to investigate a billing charge.” Follow the prompts to investigate the billing charges and find out more about them.

    Also, please review this page:

Secure your Microsoft account if you haven’t already:

If the charge shows in your Microsoft account, you can also report it to Microsoft for investigation.

Let me know what you find from those questions, and I’ll guide you on the next step.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
