Hello, the outlook cannot show the images and cannot open/download attachment. Please see the screenshots below.

I tried to log out my account and re-login, but it does not help. Could you please help check and let me know how to fix this issue? Thanks!

    Hi @Yu Jiang

Since the issue occurs in both Outlook on the web and the Outlook desktop application, and affects attachments and embedded images across all emails, it does not appear to be limited to a specific Outlook client.

To help narrow down the cause, could you please confirm the following?

    • Is the issue affecting only your account, or are other users in the same organization experiencing the same behavior?
    • Does the issue occur with attachments from both internal and external senders?
    • When you select Save As for an attachment, are you able to save it successfully, or does the download fail as well?
    • If possible, could you connect the computer to a different network, such as a mobile hotspot, and check whether the issue persists?
    • Does the issue also occur when accessing Outlook on the web using an InPrivate/Incognito browser window?
    • When did the issue first start?

Additionally, if this is an Exchange Online account, please be aware that there is currently an ongoing Exchange Online service incident EX1464935 involving an authentication component issue. Microsoft has reported that the incident may cause degraded functionality and mailbox-related issues. User's image

I cannot confirm at this stage that EX1464935 is the cause of the attachment and image issue you are experiencing, but given that the issue affects both Outlook on the web and the desktop application, it is worth checking whether the behavior is related to the ongoing service incident.
