You warned me that my one drive was full and that my data would not continue to be stored after the end of July, 2026 unless I upgraded my account. I paid you £8.49 on July 20th. to avoid this happening. I received no acknowledgement from you. I paid you £8.49 in August. This time it was acknowledged. However I have lost files from my desktop and I still keep getting warning messages that my one drive is full and that I need to upgrade. Help!

    Hi,

I will work with you on this issue. I will walk through a few steps with you. Some of these are just to help figure out what is wrong, not to fix it right away. So if nothing changes after a step, that is normal. I will keep going until we solve it.

Can you ensure there are no multiple accounts i.e. you possess 2 Microsoft accounts?

From the account, Please go to https://onedrive.live.com/?v=managestorage&sw=bypassConfig

Take a screenshot, please, and post it in the next reply.

Also check the Desktop folder in the same URL, and verify if the files are there.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.
