    Hi, @Raress

I understand how important your account is to you, so I’m going to be honest. If the email address has been changed and two-factor authentication has been enabled by the hacker, unfortunately, the account may no longer be recoverable.

    Just to confirm:

If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know.

    Thanks!

If the code is being sent to an address that does not belong to the account owner, start with the Microsoft sign-in helper tool. It asks for the email address or phone number and either provides self-help steps or offers the chance to talk to an agent.

    Then follow this recovery path:

    1. If access to the PC used with the account is still available, run a full malware scan first.
      • Open Windows Security
      • Go to Virus and threat protection
      • Select Scan options > Full scan > Scan now
    2. Try to reset the password:
      • Use Recover your account and enter the email address, phone number, or Skype name used to sign in.
      • Select where to receive the security code, then enter the code and set a new password.
    3. If the listed verification method is not accessible, choose a method that works, or choose I don't have any of these to replace the security info.
    4. If Microsoft shows "Let's protect your account" or "Help us secure your account", enter an alternate email address or phone number that is accessible. It does not have to be the account owner’s own address or phone number. Retrieve the code and complete verification.
    5. After regaining access, check account settings that are commonly changed after compromise:
      • connected accounts
      • forwarding
      • automatic replies

    Important:

    • Microsoft support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.
    • If the hacker changed the email address or other recovery information and recovery is unsuccessful, the recovery process may not restore the account.
