Update the legal name on the Microsoft Learn certification profile so it matches the government ID exactly.

    1. Open the profile settings page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings
    2. Edit the legal name to Atul Nandkishor Shah so it matches the ID exactly.
    3. If a scheduled exam already exists, the profile can block direct name changes. In that case, use Credentials Support to submit a name-change request: https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/support/help#how-to-submit-a-support-request
    4. Before scheduling the online exam, confirm that the name on the Microsoft Certification profile matches exactly the name on the government-issued ID presented on exam day.
    5. Then schedule the exam from the certification page. Microsoft Certification exams through Pearson VUE can be scheduled up to 90 days in advance, and a maximum of two Microsoft Certification exams can be scheduled at a time through Pearson VUE.
    6. The sweepstakes voucher, if applicable, is eligible for Exam AB-100.

If online delivery is planned, run the Pearson VUE system test on the same computer and in the same location that will be used for the exam before registering.
