I bought Windows Home 11 on 8/28/2026 in Athens, Greece, from the store PAISIO COMPUTERS, with code number 3849295, along with other Microsoft products.

I record what I see on the package as follows:

Package code: Windows 11 Home 64-Bit Eng Intel 1/ pk DSP OEI DVD/ version 25H2/ END ITEM PN: KWS-00632/ CARYON NO: VM052141727/ COA Barcodes: 03260313301393/ Label Part No: X18-45392/ Work order No: 1020018045000180/ Build Date: 12-19-25/ Printer ID No: C580-01.

Unfortunately, I scratched off the product key codes but managed to read the second badge of letters/numbers as PB97X, the fourth as D6QWY, and one letter from the fifth as T. Of course, I am not sure that what I read is correct.

Is there any hope that my key product can be salvaged?

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely, A. Panaghis

Try to work out the missing characters if you can see some of the characters, these are the characters that cannot appear in a Windows product key:

    Letters: A, E, I, L, N, O, S, U, Z

    Numbers: 0, 1, 5

If you are unable to work out the missing characters, the best option is to contact the retailer to ask them if they can provide you with a replacement product key card, if not, you could try contacting Microsoft Support, provide them with proof of purchase and all details on the product key card, they may be able to provide you with the associated product key, if not, you will need to purchase another Windows licence.
