    Hello,

You can download the latest version of the OneDrive desktop app from the official Microsoft website here-

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/onedrive/download

If you have a laptop with an ARM64 processor, please download the ARM64 version of OneDrive using the link below, as the standard x64 version is not designed for ARM64 devices.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onedrive/choose-between-the-64-bit-32-bit-and-arm-version-of-onedrive

So, check which architecture your PC is running -

Go to Start > Settings > System > About > Windows Specifications and then System type.

    Download and install the app.

For OneDrive for home on Windows, reinstall it this way:

    1. Select Start, type Programs, and open Add or remove programs.
    2. Under Apps & features, find Microsoft OneDrive.
    3. Select Uninstall. If prompted, approve the administrator confirmation.
    4. Download the desktop sync app here: download the Microsoft OneDrive app from the website.
    5. Open the downloaded file.
    6. Follow the prompts to sign in and complete setup.

    Important details:

    • Reinstalling OneDrive can resolve sync issues and resets all OneDrive settings.
    • OneDrive will perform a full sync after reinstallation.
    • No data is lost by uninstalling OneDrive. Files remain available in OneDrive when signed in online.
    • If only some folders were synced before, those folder choices must be set again after reinstall.

Before reinstalling, Microsoft also recommends trying to repair Office first, because that can sometimes fix OneDrive for work or school sync issues without uninstalling and reinstalling.

If reinstalling does not fix the issue, use Contact Microsoft Support for personal account technical support.
