Account Recovery Blocked

I have another account that was blocked for sending an email 2 times accidentally and the account was locked and blocked. I have reached out and sent over now 3 service requests to help resolve the issue on my other account and still no help. The 3rd request I did just send today but the other 2 were sent prior to this and I need help with unblocking my account. If there is a number to an actual live agent instead of an AI robot recording that any time you call back it redirects you to the original step that would be great. I need this other account for my own personal business and without it I am losing my clients its only a home account not a business account. All because I sent the same email twice to the receiver of the email and the receiver of the original email never received the first email in the first place.

I need help unblocking my account so I can answer any emails that have came in within the last week that the account has been blocked. When asked to sign in and do all the instructions it pops up with your account recovery has been blocked each time. Would love to get this straighten out as someone who uses outlook mail and other resources for the last 5+ years or so.

    Hi @Sam F

I understand how disruptive this is, especially when the account is used to communicate with clients.

Since you have already submitted three requests, please avoid submitting another one for now. Microsoft advises that additional reinstatement requests may slow the review process. Continue monitoring the contact email provided in your latest request, including the Junk or Spam folder. Microsoft account locked guidance
