Completely unable to use PC for 30 days

Question

Basically my security keys or something changed and then that meant i had too create a new pin. This then arises the issue of for some reason the email registered i could not access meaning i could not verify. So i start account recovery and i had to input my card details and so on to verify my identity which then forced me to change the password (which i did not need to do) and allowed me to change the account email. This i dont have a problem with its the fact after doing this i now cannot use my pc at all unless i completely wipe it and lose my data because my security info is PENDING. It does not let me create or continue past that one prompt which i think is absurd as i can still log into that account on other devices and do whatever i want with it but creating a pin? No it doesn't allow it. That account on my pc is the local admin so even if i use the other user. My needs on the pc need elevated access which is just not possible without it. Is there any way around this or has Microsoft basically locked me out of my own device unless i lose all my data and reinstall.

According to the Microsoft article here, if you have removed all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.

Microsoft cannot speed up the process and you will have to wait 30 days until the Security information is being updated. Until then, your account will be put into a restricted state. In this state, you will no longer be able to sign in on the website or services asking for your security information.

If you have already signed in with your account on the Outlook app on your Mobile or another PC, you can still access the account and send or receive emails normally.

So, you will only be able to log in to your computer after the security information is replaced. Otherwise, you will have to perform a system recovery from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE), which will restore your PC to its factory default state and delete all data.

Note -
Microsoft always recommends that account users have at least three verification methods active. So, even if one method gets disabled or outdated, you can use another method to sign in to your account.
