Billed for Microsoft 365 Premium without my authorization

My child, through school, downloaded a free trial of Microsoft 365 Premium that she did not need. After the free trial, Microsoft charged my credit card $199.99. This is on my credit card! I have spent the entire day trying to speak with an actual person which is impossible. I only get AI on the chat and I can't get anyone live on the phone. I need this refunded immediately. I did not authorize this purchase and my daughter had no idea what she was doing. She never even used any of the products. She said she never entered a credit card number, but it was linked to the computer so it automatically charged me after the 30 day trial. I was just charged on 8/17/2026 and I've been trying to get this resolved with Microsoft with no resolution whatsoever!

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
