i have been trying to contact Microsoft support for a while now to get one of my accounts unlocked

A little while ago, I realized an old outlook account of mine witch I had hooked up to Minecraft was still charging for realms. I have tried everything to get into the account and cant seem to remember the password for the account. Now this would be easy because we can just send a code to your phone number, but I recently changed my phone number and can no longer access that number at all. I have made to many attempts on the password the account is now locked. I have to recover it with another outlook account I have tried this multiple times. and all that has come back is a negative response and has been fairly fast, but as of recently they have not been coming back at all no response back from Microsoft on if i have given them enough details on weather it can be given back to me. so i have tried calling them this has also failed. As the stupid bot they have running it cant seem to take a hint that the link it tries to send me to I have already tried and I need a human to help me. I have called to many times I guess because it has blacklisted my number and anytime I call I don't even get to go through options anymore it just tells me the link and kills the call. All i want to do is cancel the membership I don't even need the Minecraft account anymore, it would be nice to have because it was a gift but I'm fine loosing it if it finally cancels that stupid realms.

If someone from Microsoft support can help me that would be great or if anyone can tell me tips if they have had the same problems that would be great thanks.

1. Cancel the Recurring Charge via Your Bank

This is the most direct way to stop payments without needing access to the locked account:

• Contact your bank or credit card provider and inform them that you wish to block recurring transactions from Microsoft/Minecraft Realms on that card.
• Alternatively, request a card replacement with a new number/CVV, which will immediately fail any future automated subscription charges from the old account.
