Subscririon, unable to activate

Dear Supporting team,

I have substiction with Micrisoft 365, Cocpit etc. Still I am not able to activate my Microsoft word, excel etc. So pitty asking too many security , all were qualified and still not able to activate. Please HELP ME.

    Are you using the Microsoft 365 apps on a Windows PC or on an Apple Mac computer?

    If you are using the Office apps on a Windows device:

    Open Word.

    At the top right of Word, log out of Office.

    Restart (not shut down) your PC, then log back into Office, is your licence/subscription then recognized correctly.

    If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

    If you are using the Office apps on an Apple Mac computer:

    At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
