No confirmation of Github copilot exam registration

I registered for GitHub Copilot through the Microsoft Learn website, and the payment amount was successfully debited. However, after the payment was completed, the following page became unresponsive and remained stuck.

Since the registration was not completed successfully, I would like to request a refund for the amount charged. Please look into this issue and process the refund at the earliest possible convenience. Once resolved, please confirm the refund and provide an explanation of what caused the issue.

Since the payment was processed through Pearson VUE, the Microsoft Q&A community cannot access the transaction or issue the refund. Please contact Pearson VUE Microsoft Support through chat or phone and provide your registered email address, exam name, payment date, amount, and transaction reference. Hi,

I understand that the payment was processed through Pearson VUE. However, I’ve already spent significant time trying to resolve this, and I don’t want to be redirected between multiple support channels.

Could you please either initiate the refund from your side or escalate this directly to the appropriate Microsoft/Pearson VUE team and have them contact me? I’m happy to provide any required information through this existing support case.

I would really appreciate it if this could be handled through the current case rather than asking me to start over with another support channel.
