Renewal assessment button greyed out for Azure Administrator Associate within renewal window

Question

I received the six month StayCurrent renewal reminder email for Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate. When I open the renewal page and click "Take the renewal assessment," the button is disabled and the cursor shows the not-allowed symbol.

What I have already tried:

1. Different Browsers: Same result in a second browser and in a private window.
2. Different Accounts: Signed in under both my work account and my personal Microsoft account.
3. Support Path: The credentials support link routes me to Engage Center rather than to a credentials support option, so I could not open a ticket there.

Can someone confirm whether my certification profile is correctly linked and whether there is a flag on my account blocking the assessment?

It normally takes 1-2 days before the renewal actually opens when you receive the 6 month email notification - the email is sent a little early
