    Hi Frederick,

As I understand that you need assistance to get in touch with live Microsoft Support agent, you may refer to the steps below to proceed:

    1. Go to this link:  https://support.microsoft.com/contactus and sign in your Microsoft account
    2. On the "Tell us your problem so we can get you the right help and support" - just type "Microsoft Office 365 issue" then search
    3. You will see Recommended Solution, just scroll down until you can see "Contact support"
    4. Under "Tell us a little more about your problem", select "Microsoft 365 and Office"
    5. For Category select > Technical support > then confirm
    6. Select Chat with a support agent in your web browser
    7. Confirm your account and you should be routed to Microsoft support representative who have the appropriate tools and resources to assist you further with your concern.

Use Microsoft’s support flow instead of the phone tree:

    1. Open Get Help on the web.
    2. Enter Contact Support or Live Chat.
    3. Select Contact Support.
    4. Choose the product or service.
    5. Choose the support category.
    6. Select one of these contact methods if available:
      • Chat with a support agent in your web browser
      • Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you

Contact options depend on the product, scenario, subscription, and hours of operation.

If the issue is signing in to a Microsoft account, start with the sign-in helper first. Support agents cannot send password reset links or change account details.

If using Windows, the Get Help app can also route to support. If self-help does not resolve the issue, select Contact Support in the app, choose the product and category, then choose chat or a callback.
