Dear Microsoft Rewards Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully request a review of the suspension placed on my Microsoft Rewards account.

I recently discovered that my account has been suspended, and I am not aware of any activity on my account that would violate Microsoft Rewards' terms, policies, or rules. I have always tried to use Microsoft services normally and honestly, and I have never intentionally attempted to abuse, manipulate, or exploit the Microsoft Rewards program.

I had accumulated more than 30,000 Microsoft Rewards points through my regular use of the program. Unfortunately, when I attempted to redeem my points, I discovered that my account had been suspended.

I completely understand that Microsoft may have automated systems and security measures in place to detect unusual activity. However, if my account was suspended because of a mistake, false detection, or activity that was misunderstood by the system, I kindly ask your team to manually review my account and the reason for the suspension.

If there is any specific activity that caused the suspension, I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know so that I can understand the issue and make sure I comply with Microsoft's policies in the future.

I respectfully request that you reconsider the suspension and restore access to my Microsoft Rewards account if, after review, you determine that I have not intentionally violated the program's rules. I would also appreciate having my legitimately earned Rewards points preserved while the case is being reviewed.

I value Microsoft's services and the Microsoft Rewards program, and I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal. I look forward to your response and hope my account can be restored.

Kind regards,

For your privacy and security, I have covered the personal information included in your post. Please avoid sharing any personal or sensitive information publicly, such as serial numbers, order details, email addresses, phone numbers, or case-related information.

    Hi MANISH KUMAR,

I understand how concerning this must be, especially after accumulating more than 30,000 Rewards points and only discovering the suspension when you attempted to redeem them.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and community contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot access your Rewards account, view the reason behind the suspension, preserve the points, or reverse the decision.

Your message already provides a clear explanation of the situation. However, it needs to be submitted directly through the https://rewards.bing.com/support while signed in with the affected account. If you have already submitted a request, keep the case reference and reply through any email received from the Rewards team rather than posting personal account details publicly.

Only Microsoft Rewards Support can review the account activity and determine whether the suspension and the associated points can be restored. Although a review does not guarantee reinstatement, it is the appropriate channel for an account-specific appeal. I know this isn't the news you were hoping for, but I wanted to make sure you got the most accurate information about your situation. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Use the Microsoft Rewards Support form to submit the appeal. That is the supported path for a suspended Microsoft Rewards account.

    A concise appeal can be:

Subject: Request for review of suspended Microsoft Rewards account
    Hello Microsoft Rewards Support,
My Microsoft Rewards account was suspended, and I would like to request a review. I am not aware of any activity that would violate the Microsoft Rewards policies. I have used only normal, honest participation in the program and did not intentionally abuse or manipulate it.
If the suspension was triggered in error, please review the account and reconsider the suspension. If possible, please share the reason for the suspension so future activity can remain compliant with the program rules. I would also appreciate review of any points earned before the suspension.
    Thank you.

Common policy issues that can lead to suspension or account review include:

    • Multiple user accounts
    • Inaccurate account information
    • Using a VPN or other service to alter the true IP location
    • Using bots, macros, cheat tools, mobile emulators, or other automated methods
    • Trying to earn points from more than one country in the same day
    • Redeeming points outside the country where they were earned
    • Repeated search patterns that appear abusive, such as rapid back-to-back searches or tricks intended only to accumulate points quickly

If search earning was limited rather than fully suspended, that limitation is described as temporary and may be removed once search patterns are determined to be normal.
