How to fix HP Headphones suddenly not working.

so my headphones suddenly stop working but it seems working because on Settings > Sound > Volume bar its like moving abut i cant hear anything all volumes are max also at microphone its like its working like an output but its plugged in on front panel mic plug its mic bar is kinda moving too. On other sound like bluetooth its all working but i want to use my headphones cuz its new and also i've already tried the back panel still didn't work. how do I fix it i hope there is a fix thanks in advanced responders.

What is your headphone model?

Are you connecting via USB or the headphone jack?

Do you have the Realtek console installed?

well I didn't keep the box so I guess this is the model, a Dual Plugs, Yes

Hi,

Based on the model I found, it has both a USB connection and a jack connection, right?

Please do the following: go to Device Manager, look under the "Sound, video and game controllers" tab, take a screenshot, and post it here.

Connect the headphones to the rear ports using both the USB and the corresponding jacks (green and pink).
