I want to pay for my subscription but it says I'm not old enough to pay. Apparently I'm over 18 already as registered on my profile, pls help to double check.

    Hi, @Di

This forum is public, no one from here has access to your Microsoft account.

First, double-check the date of birth on your Microsoft account here: https://account.microsoft.com/profile Make sure the birth date and country/region are correct.

Also check whether your account is still listed as a child/member in a Microsoft Family group: https://account.microsoft.com/family If your date of birth already shows that you are over 18 but the payment is still being blocked, please let me know:

    1. What is the exact error message you see when you try to pay?
    2. What country/region is set on your Microsoft account?
    3. Are you currently part of a Microsoft Family group?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!
