Unified Inbox Not Available

I have the latest version of Outlook Desktop version. I do not see "All Messages" in the left hand NAV nor am I able to see "All Messages" in the folder option to toggle on "All Messages".

Please provide link to relevant download as well as links to pertinent documentation.

Thanks

Greg

All Messages is not a supported unified inbox option in Outlook for Windows based on the available documentation here.

For new Outlook for Windows, a true combined or unified inbox across multiple accounts is not currently supported. The available workaround is to pin each account’s Inbox to Favorites so they stay visible at the top of the folder pane:

    1. In new Outlook, right-click each account’s Inbox.
    2. Select Pin to Favorites.

If the goal is a single inbox view across accounts, that feature is documented here only for Outlook for Mac and Legacy Outlook for Mac, where it appears as All Accounts > Inbox, not All Messages.

For classic Outlook for Windows, the available documentation here discusses message filtering and sorting such as All, Unread, Mentioned, and Arrange By, but it does not document an All Messages folder or toggle for a unified inbox.

If the current app is actually new Outlook for Windows, the missing unified inbox is by design at this time rather than a missing download. If needed, feedback can be submitted from Help > Feedback > Make a suggestion.

If you are referring to how to disable the Focused Inbox, see

If you are asking about the new Outlook All-Accounts view:

    New Outlook for Windows

This is a new feature that is being selectively rolled out. I am not aware of any way you can get your account higher on the rollout list or "install" this feature.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?id=564609

The All-Accounts view, also known as Unified Inbox, lets you see emails from multiple accounts in a single inbox view in the new Outlook for Windows, without merging your mailboxes. Each account's inbox stays separate; the view brings them together so you can triage in one place. Users can read, delete, move, archive, and mark messages across accounts without switching between mailboxes. The experience integrates with Copilot for AI-assisted email workflows and supports Immersive Search for finding messages across your primary account. Advanced scenarios such as cross-account search and shared mailbox support will follow in later releases.

    Classic Outlook for Windows

As far as I know, there are no plans to implement this feature in Classic Outlook. There are some potential workarounds and free Add-ins.
