Transfer the contents of a one drive to another one drive, both belonging to me using different emails..

I have two one drive accounts. One is via a subscription and the other is free. I want to know how to transfer the contents of the free one drive to the other drive?

Apart from OneDrive, you can also send files from your email going to the email of the second account and if this account has a separate device then you can also copy over the photos from a USB drive and paste them over from there as well.
