    Hi! Let me help you.

Please make sure to disconnect the JBL speaker from any other devices it was previously connected to, and then try pairing it with your Windows 11 laptop.

Since your Bluetooth speakers were made by JBL, I recommend:

From JBL - Bluetooth Pairing & Connecting

At the bottom of the same page there is a link to call, chat or text with JBL technical support.

From Microsoft - Pair a Bluetooth device in Windows

Bluetooth speakers do not need an audio outlet or headphone jack. A JBL Bluetooth speaker can connect wirelessly if Bluetooth is turned on in Windows 11.

    Try these steps:

    1. Turn on the JBL speaker and put it in pairing mode.
    2. On the PC, open Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
    3. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
    4. If Bluetooth is already on, add the speaker from the available Bluetooth devices and select the JBL speaker name.
    5. After it connects, open Start > Settings > System > Sound.
    6. In the Sound section, select the JBL speaker as the output device.
    7. Turn up the volume on Windows, in the app being used, and on the JBL speaker itself.

If Bluetooth is missing, check whether the PC supports Bluetooth. Some devices do not have Bluetooth built in.

If the speaker shows as connected but there is no sound, remove it and pair it again:

    • Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices
    • Find the JBL speaker and remove it
    • Put the speaker back into pairing mode
    • Add it again

If Bluetooth still does not work, run the Windows Bluetooth troubleshooter in the Get Help app.
