Welcome to Q&A forum, but we provide the support for general issues of Office clients. As your issue is more realted to VLSC and MAK key, which is not supported on Q&A forum currently.
It's recommended to refer to "I can't find a key for Volume Licensing purchase".
To obtain your VLKs, in addition to logging in to the VLSC website, you could also try to call Microsoft Activation Center and then let them navigate you through your Volume License Portal to help locate Volume License keys and Volume License software.
If you have any issues on VLSC, I would also suggest you may contact the support team by phone directly to seek help.
