How to fix failed load for the power pivot in microsoft office 365?

Hi Microsoft office team,

I have microsoft office 365 version installed, i tried to enable power pivot through com add-ins, but always failed to load.

Is there anything i could do to solve this? i tried to reinstalled but the problem still persist.

I tried re-install but the problem is still occured.

and i cannot disable the add-ins.

The issue is usually that Excel has disabled Power Pivot or the add-in registration is corrupted.

Try this:

1. Excel → File → Options → Add-ins.
2. At the bottom, select Disabled Items → Go. Enable Microsoft Office Power Pivot if listed.
3. Then select COM Add-ins → Go and enable Power Pivot.
4. If it still fails, run Microsoft 365 Online Repair from Windows Settings → Apps → Microsoft 365 → Modify → Online Repair.

If it still doesn't load, share the exact error shown when enabling Power Pivot.
