Unable to reschedule AZ-104 from Sept 10 to Oct 16 due to AI Skills Fest voucher expiration error

I am writing to request assistance with manually rescheduling my AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator exam, which is currently scheduled for September 10, 2026.

I originally registered for this exam using a 100% discount voucher from the Microsoft AI Skills Fest (Skill AI Boost) event. I am trying to reschedule my appointment to an available slot on October 16, 2026.

As Per the official terms requiring exams to be delivered by October 18, 2026, my requested date of October 16 falls within the valid window. However, the portal incorrectly returns a voucher expiration error.

Please do not cancel my September 10 appointment to avoid voiding the voucher, and open a private message to handle this manually.
