I woke up one morning wanting to play on my xbox however i have been signed out and cant get back into my account and im upset i cant get any access to my games

Sorry you're dealing with this. If your Microsoft account was compromised and you can no longer sign in to Xbox, start with the official recovery tools:

When completing the recovery process, provide as much information as possible, such as previous passwords, your Xbox Gamertag, purchase history, and any other account details you remember. Using a device and network you've previously used to access the account may also help with verification.

Use the Microsoft hacked-account recovery flow first. Enter the account email or phone number in the sign-in helper so it can guide to the available recovery options and, when available, offer contact with an agent.

Then follow this order:

1. Scan the PC for malware before changing the password
   Open Windows Security, go to Virus and threat protection > Scan options > Full scan > Scan now.
2. Change or reset the password
   After the scan finishes, sign in and change the password. If sign-in fails, use the password reset option.
3. Review account settings after access is restored
   Check connected accounts, forwarding, and automatic replies, because some settings may have been changed during the compromise.
4. If sign-in still fails, use support paths
   Use the sign-in helper again or go to Contact Microsoft Support, enter the problem, select Get Help, and then Contact Support.

Important: Microsoft support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or access and change account details.

If Xbox game access is blocked only because the account cannot be signed in, account recovery is the required path first.
