This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access.

Try changing your legal name on your account on this link:

If you have an exam scheduled, then you may be blocked from changing your name and you should see an error message and a link to contact the Credentials Support to request a name change.

To change the legal name used for a Microsoft certification exam:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that is tied to the exam.
    2. Go to Settings and update the Legal name so it matches the government-issued ID exactly.
    3. If the exam is already scheduled, the name change may be blocked. In that case, a message should appear telling that further review is required and providing a link to contact Credentials Support.
    4. Submit a support request to Credentials Support to remove the middle name and correct the exam record.

    Important details:

    • The legal name must match the ID used at exam check-in, or the exam can be denied.
    • During exam registration, Microsoft requires a legal name on the Learn Profile, and it must match the Legal ID.
    • If unable to change the name directly because the exam is already booked, support intervention is required.
