I have an issue that i paid the copiliot subscription 2 times and still my account is basic, i want to cancel the subscription first, open an investigation, and to refund the 2 transactions done on 26th August and 2nd of September, with 36 USD per each one because i didn't get any benifit from it.

    Hi, @Molham Rageh

This is a public forum, no one from here has access to your Microsoft account.

If you haven't tried anything yet, first, please check where the Copilot charges are listed.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and see if Copilot appears there. If it does, select Manage > Cancel.

Then check https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and adjust the date range to include August 26 and September 2.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Do both $36 charges appear in your Microsoft Order history?
    2. What exact subscription name is shown?
    3. Did you pay through Microsoft, Apple, or Google Play?

If the charges do not appear in your Microsoft account, the payment may be under another account or billed through Apple/Google.

    Thanks!
