windows 11 license

Question

I had recently did a reset on my pc and wiped everything clean, there was a issue that accrued 2 days after the reset witch corrupted my windows completely and then, I downloaded windows 11 to Usb and got the boot drive on it and worked like a charm but when i got in and signed into my pc with same email and account for Microsoft its now saying that i don't own a copy of windows 11 home and i cant figure out how to get it back when i log into Microsoft online it now shows two pcs but they are exactly the same one says it has it and the other says it does not but they are the same pc i changed no hardware just corrupted files. I just want my windows 11 back

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence direct from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?

Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?
