    To be able to assist you better, please share a screenshot of the "Recording" tab of the sound options.

    1. Press "Windows + R", type mmsys.cpl and press Enter;
    2. Select the "Recording" tab and take the screenshot.

    Try this in Windows 11:

    1. In Start > Settings > System > Sound, under Input, go to Choose a device for speaking or recording and make sure the Logi webcam microphone is selected.
    2. Select the > next to that device, then under Microphone test select Start test, speak normally, then Stop test and Play. If the recorded sample is silent, Windows is not receiving audio from that mic.
    3. If the webcam mic is missing, go to Settings > Privacy & security > Microphone and turn on:
      • Microphone access
      • Let apps access your microphone
      • Let desktop apps access your microphone
    4. If the device was previously disallowed, go to Settings > System > Sound > All sound devices, find the webcam microphone, and select Allow.
    5. In Device Manager, expand Sound, video and game controllers. Right-click the audio device, select Uninstall device, then restart the PC. Windows will try to reinstall the audio device and driver automatically. If needed, return to Device Manager, right-click Sound, video and game controllers, select Scan for hardware changes, then right-click the audio driver and select Update driver.
    6. Make sure the webcam is positioned so nothing blocks the microphone, move closer to it, and reduce background noise.
    7. In Zoom, verify the app is using the correct microphone device.

    If the webcam microphone works in the Windows microphone test but not in Zoom, the issue is likely Zoom’s selected input device. If it does not work in the Windows test either, the issue is more likely Windows permissions or the audio driver.
