Use Get Help to reach a live support person.

1. Open Get Help on Windows, or use Get Help on the web.
2. Describe the issue in the search box.
3. If the suggested solutions do not fix it, select Contact Support.

6. Choose a contact method:
   • Chat with a support agent in your web browser
