    Hello,

It appears to be a desktop computer. So,

You’ll need an audio playback device, such as external wired or wireless speakers, or a monitor with built-in speakers.

Could you please let me know which audio playback device you’re using and when the system sound last worked properly?

If you have wired speakers, make sure they’re plugged correctly into the 3.5 mm audio output port on the desktop tower, then check whether audio plays through them.

If you have speakers plugged in and still not getting the audio output,

    1. Open the Device Manager.
    2. Expand the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers.
    3. Post a screenshot of the list of installed audio drivers.

    Please try this:

Open Device Manager, and make sure you've audio drivers installed and properly working.

If no audio driver is listed, you can visit your device manufacturer's website to download and install audio drivers for your system model.

If audio driver is present, you can try updating audio drivers to latest version.

Or if you've already updated them, try to roll back previous version to see if that works.

Also, run Playing Audio troubleshooter from Settings app > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters. Let us know what it reports back.

    Hi @Ed McPherson

    Root cause :

May be driver corrupted or not installed proper version.

    Solution :

First check you have backup for your audio driver. First check any updates for your audio driver available in official site. If there update the latest version. Suppose not work then uninstall the audio driver restart your PC then install again your driver. Then check.

If not helpful, pls let us know we will find the solution.

    Thanks
