A unified Azure platform for creating and managing AI models, agents, and applications with built‑in enterprise security, monitoring, and governance
Hello @panimalar M
Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A forum.
The error AADSTS16000 indicates that the account being used is not recognized in the tenant that the application is attempting to access.
Since this is an Azure for Students scenario and the subscription has reportedly not been provisioned, the issue may be related to the Azure for Students subscription not being successfully provisioned or associated with the account.
Please try the following:
- Sign out of all Microsoft accounts.
- Open an InPrivate/Incognito browser window.
- Sign in using the same Microsoft account that was used to register for Azure for Students.
- Open the Azure portal and check whether an Azure subscription is listed under Subscriptions.
- Open Directories + subscriptions and verify whether any additional directories are available.
- If the Azure for Students activation was completed recently, allow some time for the subscription to be provisioned and then check the Azure portal again.
If no Azure subscription is visible and there is no other directory available to switch to, while access to the Azure Support portal continues to fail with AADSTS16000, this may indicate that the Azure for Students offer was not successfully provisioned or associated with the account.
