My safe senders list must be full. The delete commands have no effect, do not work.

I am not comfortable running the PowerShell commands.

When using Outlook Web https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/ and you try to remove an entry from the Safe Senders List, do you see any error messages?

Can you add an new entry to either the Safe or Blocked list?

Can you remove an entry from the Blocked list?

For Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, clear entries directly in Settings:

    1. Open Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    2. In Safe senders and domains, select each entry that should be removed and choose Remove or the delete icon.
    3. Select Save.

If the list appears full and deletions still have no effect, the supported guidance is to sign in through Outlook on the web and remove entries there, because the blocked/safe sender lists are stored with the mailbox provider rather than the device or mail app.

If mail from safe senders is still behaving incorrectly after changes, one documented resolution was to have support restore the mailbox settings and remove all email Rules, then recreate rules later.
